Admin — add a regulation

Local-only helper for adding regulation PDFs to the site.

Local helper only. This page does not upload files to a server. It helps you build the YAML snippet you need to add to data/regulations.yaml. After that, drop the PDF into static/regulations/ and re-run hugo server.
  1. Pick one or more PDF files below.
  2. Set a category and (optional) custom title and date for each.
  3. Copy the generated YAML and paste it at the bottom of data/regulations.yaml.
  4. Move the same PDFs into the static/regulations/ folder.
